For our February meeting we are excited to have 2 wonderful presentations …
We will be having our own Chef Paul Jensen CEC AAC fill us in on his recent missionary trip to Nicaragua. Chef Jensen and his son traveled down there for a week to help train some local refugees on new cooking techniques.
Then we will be joined by one of Unilever’s corporate Chefs – Chef Nidia Eklstrom!! She will do an amazing presentation on Tapas!! I have seen Chef Nidia’s presentation in the past and they are really very educational. This demo has been pre approved by the national office for CHE certification credit.
We will also have the induction of our new chapter president Chef Andrew Whitcomb CEC taking place during the business portion of the meeting.
