February Monthly Meeting Recap
On February 5th we had a fantastic presentation presented by Chef Blake Verity from Piping Rock Country Club and Kevin O’ Donnell from D’Artagnan. Chef Blake demonstrated the Sous Vide cooking method using Short Ribs donated from D’Artagnan. Thank you all who attended. We hope to see you all at the next meeting on Monday March 13th at BSE!!
