March Virtual Member Meeting

Please join us on Monday March 1st. for our Monthly Zoom Virtual Member meeting.  The Zoom meeting will be open to sign in by 5:45pm and will begin at 6pm.  Our Educational Demo will be presented by Chef George Wong.  Chef George will demonstrate Char Siu.  Char siu is a popular way to flavor and prepare barbecued pork in Cantonese cuisine.

Chef George Wong Bio:

• Earn a Culinary degree from the Art institute of NYC
• A Restaurateur in NYC for more than 20 the years
• Member of ACF Long Island Chapter
• Participated and won many ACF competitions in cold and hot food categories.
