Hi Ladies & Gentleman:
I am writing this e-mail on behalf of one of our brother ACF members. He is sidelined from working due to a medical issue and will be out of work for an undetermined time. He recently had to have a toe and part of his right foot bone removed due to an infection. I am reaching out to the ACF and hope that we can some how help a long time standing member.
If you can reach out to the board of directors and some how come up a way to help him it would be much appreciated.
I am also reaching out to his employer and hope we will get some relief there as well. He had just started a new job in the city and has only been there for a few months and has little time accumulated?.
I am hoping we can all help
