“Competitions play a vital role in culinary arts as they continually raise the standards of culinary excellence. There is no better way for a culinarian to hone their craft than by putting their skills and knowledge to the test in a competitive format.”

In the spring of each year the ACFLI chapter holds it’s annual Minor’s Long Island Culinary Challenge. It pits some of the top professional and student Chefs in the North East against each other vying for cash prizes and scholarship money.

The chapter would like to thank Minors Professional and Nestle for their continued support of the ACF and our local Chapter.
