Join us on Monday February 6, for an up close & personal cooking demonstration, featuring Executive Chef Chris Palmer, of CHCC. Chef Palmer, along with Chef Dominick Scotto, will prepare a Crispy Oyster Appetizer, with an Asian Slaw.
There will also be a Pastry Demonstration (Side-Bar) by Daniele Messina, Executive Pastry Chef & Owner of Dortoni Bakery, in Levittown.
