Letter from ACF National

To Our Valued ACF Members: As with the ACF membership, ACF National is also facing the realities of life during the COVID-19 outbreak. We have instituted several changes to take effect immediately.    To ensure the safety of the staff, The ACF National Office has instituted remote working for its entire staff.   Due to the pandemic, the financial stress experienced by our membership is being felt at National. We have placed a priority on reducing our cost of operations while maintaining our service to all members. We have moved to a 4-day work week (closed on Fridays) and made the difficult business decision to temporarily eliminate six positions.    Due to the higher than normal call and email volume we are currently experiencing a slight delay in response. Please know that you are important to us. Please allow 24 hours for our staff to get back to you during these trying times. If you have left a message on a Friday, we will respond on Monday.    We will soon send you information as to how we will maintain our service levels, under these circumstances.
