On Monday May 7th we had a terrific demonstration presented by Seviroli Foods.  Chef Franco and the Seviroli team spoke about the different variety of products they offer and how they can be uses for these products.  Seviroli is not only the world’s largest tortellini manufacturer, but also offers a full line of authentic & innovative filled pasta, sauces and Italian desserts.
